Are ZipperBack Gloves waterproof?
No. ZipperBack Gloves are water-resistent. Because they have a zipper and the back opens completely, they cannot be waterproof. Many people treat their winter gear with an over the counter water-resisting spray product like ScotchGuard. 

What if my gloves come and they don’t fit, can I return them?
Yes! You can mail the gloves back and we will exchange them for the correct size. If we don’t have your size, we will refund your money less the cost of shipping & handling. Note: All returns must be brand new, not used. The tag does not have to be attached to the gloves, but we request that you send it back with the gloves.

Your shopping cart is not working, how can I purchase gloves?
As it is with all technology, sometimes our web site hiccups. If you can’t purchase gloves from our site, you can visit our “Where To Buy” and see if there is a retailer near you. If not, you can send a PayPal to Zbgloves@yahoo.com for $29.94 for one (1) pair of gloves outside of the state of California. If you live in California, add $2.12 for sales tax to total $32.06. Be sure to put your mailing information and the size gloves you would like in the note of the PayPal.
